Before the mass production, we have the first sample inspection. If the first sample inspection is OK, we start the mass production. The procedure control includes engineering inspection tour, work procedure self inspection, mutual inspection, full time inspection. We inspect all the finished products to control the procedure quality. FQC
The finished products are inspected finally before they are stored in the warehouse. We inspect the packing, appearance, technics and functions. The products will be in warehouse after they pass the inspection. QA
We audit the stock quality before they are sold. For example every kind of quality test (electric characteristics, environment, shaking, lift test, integrated test). |
